Welcome to PulseBridgeFold ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and the website located at pulsebridgefold.site (the "Service") operated by PulseBridgeFold.
By booking a charter or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Overview of Services
PulseBridgeFold offers high-end yacht charter services, including but not limited to:
- Single-day yacht rentals
- Evening sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private functions
- Multi-day yacht charters
All offerings depend on availability and weather. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Bookings and Reservations
3.1 How to Book
To secure a charter, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide complete and accurate details
- Pay the deposit indicated in your booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after we receive payment and issue written confirmation. We may decline service at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Every charter depends on vessel availability and favorable weather. We will make reasonable efforts to meet your preferred schedule.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All rates are listed in € and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. Rates may change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total charter price payable at the time of booking
- Balance: Due 48 hours prior to departure
- Additional charges (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less processing fees
- 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours before departure: No refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If our captain determines conditions are unsafe, we will offer to:
- Reschedule to the next available date at no extra charge
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If your assigned vessel experiences mechanical issues, we will try to provide a suitable replacement. If none is available, we will provide a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests must:
- Follow all crew instructions
- Wear provided safety gear when required
- Disclose any medical conditions that could affect their safety
- Stay within designated areas of the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or weapons
- Excessive beverages such as juice or lemonade (beyond reasonable consumption)
- Pets (unless pre-approved)
6.3 Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully. We may end a charter early without refund if a guest’s conduct creates a safety risk or disrupts others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the charter. We are not liable for:
- Injuries arising from passenger negligence
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We carry comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. Passengers are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By taking part in our charters, you acknowledge that marine activities carry inherent risks and accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We may adjust itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will strive to offer comparable alternatives.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Port closures
- Mechanical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Monaco. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Monaco, Monaco.
13. Changes to Terms
